ECH is a provider of aged care services in SA including integrated living accommodation and services to support those living independently at home. ECH is a NFP and registered charity. 

Challenges

SRG provided acting CEO and CFO services to ECH during a leadership transition period. The roles involved managing the executive function, strategic leadership, execution of ECH’s strategy, leading the finance function, monthly management and board reporting, leading budgeting and forecasting processes and conducting a property portfolio review. 

SRG has also undertaken multiple short-term finance business partner placements to support the CFO and Financial Controller through team changes.
